First research hire on the team. I scope studies, manage stakeholders, and turn user insights into design recommendations for GFiber's digital growth and acquisition UX team.
Google Chrome
Researched how Gen Z users trust (and don't trust) Chrome. My recommendations were adopted across multiple Chrome product teams and picked up by Sign in With Google and Android AI for their own Gen Z trust strategies. Two peer recognition awards.
